ANHC Expansion and Renovation at McKinley Drive

Emailed (preferred) or Sealed bids will be accepted on behalf of the Owner, Athens Neighborhood Health Center, until January 11th 2023 for the ANHC Expansion and Renovation at McKinley Drive according to the contract documents, plans, and specifications. Sealed bids, if provided, shall be delivered to E+E Architecture at 297 Prince Avenue, Suite 28b, Athens, GA 30601. Telephone: 706.850.1330. Bids will not be opened in public.
The project consists of a renovation and expansion of the existing neighborhood health center, located at 402 McKinley Drive, Athens GA, 30605. The project will be constructed in phases and the existing building must remain operation throughout construction. The site is limited in size and a small lay down area is spelled out in civil documents. LEED certification is not required for this project.
A pre-bid conference to respond to any questions related to the details of this project will be held at 3:00 P.M. ET, Friday December 16th, at 402 McKinley Drive. We’ll meet in the waiting room and tour. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend. There will be two opportunities for sub-contractors to walk the existing building as well:
