Description
General scope: (turnkey except for fence enclosure)
¿ Replace the Kohler 50KW diesel with a new Kohler or Generac 60 kW Diesel generator.

¿ Extend the cement pad as needed
¿ Eliminate the natural gas 20 kW generator
¿ Replace the Olympian transfer switch with a new transfer switch sizing to remain the
same.
¿ Combine life safety with the IT equipment.
¿ The fence enclosure will be handled by the school.
¿ Be completed during one of the school breaks.
¿ (at the moment, both old generators will remain property of the school and we would
want it relocated to our storage facility)
None of this is set in stone, we are open to any suggestions.
