Work of the Project includes Peachtree City Tennis Pro-Shop Renovations including but not limited to replacing the existing standing seam roof and awning canopies, the replacement of the existing soffit, fascia, downspouts, gutters, double entry doors, carpet and gyp board ceilings. In addition, spray foam insulation is to be applied to the existing roof sheathing between the existing roof rafters. Other renovation work will include painting the new gyp board ceiling and all walls and renovating the existing casework with new finish materials.
