Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (Owner) for the project entitled Bull Creek 3 Watershed Structure Embankment Repair in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.

A shallow slope failure has been identified in the embankment of the Bull Creek Watershed Structure No. 3. The intent of this project is to repair the slope failure, where it has been determined that unsuitable soil was used in a previous repair. The current failure will be excavated to competent material, and the unsuitable material will be hauled offsite. Suitable soil for the repair has been identified and will be imported to the site. The imported material will be imported from a Watershed Dam Rehabilitation project nearby. The excavation will be backfilled and compacted to the original design grades. All work must be completed in accordance with the design drawings and specifications.

GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
