OVERVIEW:
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of Augusta Technical College to establish a one-time purchase with one qualified supplier who will provide Asset Relocation Services for their School of Health Sciences (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Augusta Technical College is embarking on a partnership with Piedmont Augusta Hospital in efforts to address the shortage of nurses in the CSRA. The college has entered into a lease agreement with the hospital for their Summerville Professional Center and some shared hospital space. Augusta Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier that can manage the asset relocation services that are required to move the School of Health Sciences to Piedmont Augusta Hospital. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Augusta Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Augusta Campus on November 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in Building 600, Room 633 Auditorium. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
