The City of Cumming Street Department is requesting proposals from qualified dealerships for the purchase of a new John Deere 310 P-Tier Backhoe Loader.
Proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and delivered to the 2nd Floor receptionist desk in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with ¿Street Department John Deere Backhoe Loader¿ or mailed to Cumming City Hall, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040. Proposals will be received until February 09, 2024 at 10 a.m. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted. The City of Cumming Street Department reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all proposals. See attachment of the sample Quote.
