Madison County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to engineering firms experienced in development of a feasibility study for Madison County¿s long-term water and wastewater delivery and treatment systems, identifying current and projected deficiencies and proposing solutions. The study will also develop growth projections for water and sewer customer demand. Responding firms should be technically qualified, licensed to provide these services, and experienced in the preparation of studies and plans for infrastructure projects.The statement of qualifications shall contain the following:
A. History of firm and resources
B. Experience with state or federally funded projects, including ARC, DCA, or GEFA grant programs
C. Key personnel, qualifications, and professional certifications
D. Current workload
E. Scope and level of service proposed
F. Experience with similar projects and list of references
G. Errors and Omissions Insurance
Procedures for Submission of Statement of Qualifications
All interested parties should request any additional information needed prior to preparing and submitting their qualifications. Statements of qualifications must be received by Madison County no later than 5:00 pm E.S.T., December 4, 2023. Late submissions will be returned unopened. Facsimile and emailed submittals will not be accepted. Statements of qualifications (4 hard copies) should be sent directly to:
