Description
The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid to purchase a used Bell 412EP helicopter 2006 or newer year. See attached Detailed Specifications. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed.
Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid.
Make sure you are registered with the Georgia Dept. of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid.
Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.
No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the eRFQ instruction document will be required.
The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
