Lamar County is seeking Proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Proposer”) for the development of an Impact Fees Study (Study) that includes an appropriate and legally defensible impact fee methodology and fee schedules for the following growth-related capital facilities.

Proposals will be received by the Lamar County Commissioners ‘office, 408 Thomaston Street, Suite E, Barnesville, GA 30204, until 3:00 PM local time on October 6, 2023. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Staff personnel will formally accept and acknowledge proposals at the Lamar County Commissioners’ office.
