The Project is the first phase of development of the new eastside terminal area. Main work elements include a new asphalt terminal apron with accompanying connector taxiway to the existing runway. Additionally, taxilane expansion for future hangar development is included. Finally, a new asphalt access road from State Highway 224 will be built. Related work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, grading, drainage improvements, new taxiway edge lighting, and pavement marking.
