The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the base bid for pressure cleaning the building (all precast concrete panels) which shall include the dumpster area enclosure. All precast panels shall be sealed after pressure cleaning with a new clear water repellent sealer. Apply a graffiti resistant coating to precast panels at 9’6” above adjacent floor/pavement. Scope of work also includes the prime and painting of all curtain wall glass mullions with a high-performance fluoropolymer coating.
