The City of Statesboro is seeking general contractors for the rehabilitation of approximately twenty-one (21) homes funded under the City’s Housing Rehabilitation Program. The bidder must be licensed as a Georgia General Contractor if the individual unit bid is greater than $2,500. Contracts will be awarded based on a competitive bidding process.
A non-mandatory contractors’ meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Statesboro Municipal Court Building, 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA. A copy of the bid package may be obtained at the contractors’ meeting or by emailing bids@insight-pd.com. There is no charge for receiving bid packages. Bids will be due by Tuesday, July 6, 2023, at 11:00 AM, and opened and read promptly thereafter, at the Statesboro Municipal Court Building, 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA.
