Description
The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid to purchase a used Bell 407GXi helicopter 2020 or newer. See attached detailed specifications. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees to DPS GPS Aviation in Kennesaw. No additional charges will be allowed.
DPS GSP Aviation is located at 1900 Airport Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid. Make sure you are registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.
No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the eRFQ instruction document will be required. Immigration and security will be required because of delivery.
The supplier should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment
