Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide the Printing of The Connection Magazine,January 2024 Issue to include freight/shipping/mailing costs for Georgia College & State University.
Georgia College & State University (GCSU) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide bids for the printing of The Connection Magazine, January 2024 Issue. The Magazine is for Alumni and Friends¿ of GCSU, Connection Magazine serves as a bi-annual snapshot of the goings on at the university for these important groups. Content covers all facets of university happenings, from athletics, to academics, to campus life and alumni success stories and get-togethers.
