Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Grounds Maintenance Services to Southern Crescent Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking to enter into an agency contract for landscape/grounds maintenance services with one qualified and responsible bidder. Prior to contract award, the College must be assured that the selected supplier has all the resources to successfully perform under the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, adequate number of personnel with required skills, availability of appropriate equipment in sufficient quantity to meet the ongoing needs of the College, resources sufficient to complete performance under the contract, and experience in similar endeavors.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
Southern Crescent Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Pre -bid Conference and site visit on March 27, 2024 at 10:30am to discuss the scope of this project. Failure to participate in the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and/or site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process.
