The Atlanta Independent School System (hereinafter, “Atlanta Public Schools” or “APS”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek a solution that will support a process of:
•        identifying student behavior concerns
•        screening potential threats
•        gathering information
•        analyzing information
•        assessing potential disruptions to student wellbeing
•        managing and monitoring district responses to support the student’s wellbeing
•        assigning interventions and supports for cases.

This threat assessment software solution must have capabilities to alert multiple departments, track evaluation of cases, assign necessary actions, and notify parents of case progress. This software solution must interface successfully with various student information systems for maximum utilization. Software capabilities must support data analytics at the school building and central office levels.

The intent of APS is to determine existing vendor capabilities around one solution that can provide both a motivated sequence of supports in response threats as well as the tool to train district and building level administrators, inform users of risks, and monitor case progression towards resolution or maintained supports.
