Design built construction of a new annex addition at the historic art deco 1939 Ritz Theatre. Conceptual design renderings have been completed. Proposer will use renderings to draft design built drawings. This new theater annex addition will include an expanded lobby, concession stand, merchandising stand, bathrooms, storage, ticketing, balcony access, and more. The annex addition at the Ritz will serve as the new entryway into the historic theater. Project made possible by grant funding from Appalachian Regional commission and USDA.
