Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide the development, implementation, and maintenance of a modern and efficient Intranet system for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
The J. Mack Robinson College of Business (RCB) at Georgia State University invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a modern and efficient Intranet system according to the Technical Specifications outlined in this solicitation.  This project aims to enhance communication, collaboration, and information sharing among our faculty and staff while maintaining the highest standards of security and usability. The intent is to establish a contract for one year with 4-1 year options to renew.
