Sealed bids will be received by the City of Camilla, Georgia, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the demolition of a Gymnasium in Camilla,Georgia.

Bids will be received at the City Hall, 30 E., Broad Street, Camilla, Ga 31730, until September 8th, 2023 by 11:00 A.M. (local time). Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be
considered by OWNER.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 30 days of the bid opening.

The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
The demolition of an existing gymnasium and haulage of demolition waste to a permitted landfill.
