Description
The scope of this Project includes but is not limited to, the mechanical and electrical scope required for the replacement of existing chillers and pumps. The two existing chillers will be replaced with two new chillers. The two existing pumps will be replaced with two new chillers. The two existing pumps will be replaced with two pumps with VFDs. Existing AHU 3-way control valves will be replaced with 2-way control valves. The system and control sequence of operation will be
updated to a variable primary operation. The electrical scope shall consist of electrical upgrades required to support the mechanical modifications. Work shall be performed in a manner and sequence
to maintain the building in operation during work. Refer
to Drawings.
