The City of Powder Springs is seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors with demonstrated skills and experience in providing construction services for traffic control, milling, base reclamation, patching, asphalt topping, striping and marking, and all other work necessary for project completion. The project will include a number of streets and roads within the city.
