The Georgia Technology Authority (hereinafter, ¿GTA¿ or ¿State Entity¿) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Information Technology Project Assurance Services, phase 4. This Request for Qualified Contractors (¿RFQC¿) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein.  This RFQC will not result in contract award.  Instead, this RFQC will establish a list of one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate to win future contracts from GTA.
This solicitation consists of three (3) services containing separate requirements and responsibilities, as well as one (1) set of mandatory requirements which pertain to all services.  All suppliers are required to submit a response to the mandatory requirements. Suppliers must then submit a response to one (1) or more of the three (3) services listed below:
1.         Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
2.         Portfolio, Program, Planning and Project Management Support (PM Services)
3.         Organizational Change Management (OCM)
