Please note the following modifications to the RFQ/P
General Qualifications:
5. Contractor shall provide copies of the following Licensing with their bid response:

Valid Business License
-
Copies of CDL licenses of each driver submitted.
Not Required to Bid, but required if awarded.

(Modified) Letter of Bondability that states that, if awarded, then the surety company would bond the contractor equal to 100% for Performance and 100% for Payment bonds. Awarded Contractors must produce the Bonds prior to any work commencing.
d. This RFQ/P does not require a Bid Bond in order to place a bid.
