Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions from qualified companies specializing in Elevator Modernization Services to complete the Scope of Work as specified herein.

Bid Post Date: December 8, 2023

Bidders Questions Due Date : December 22, 2023

Answers to Questions Due Date : December 26, 2023

Bid Due Date: January 4, 2024, 2:00pm EST

Bidding Process: The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified companies specializing in NON-PROPRIETARY Elevator Modernization Services for the modernization of six (6) traction passenger elevators and one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator at the Hall County Courthouse located 225 Green St. NE, Gainesville, GA 30501 and adjacent parking deck (herein ‘Services’).

The County will accept Bids in the Purchasing Department located on the fourth (4 ^th ) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, on January 4, 2024 by 2:00pm EST .

NON-PROPRIETARY PROPOSALS ONLY – The County may reject any proposal that only presents proprietary systems or solutions.

Public Reading : The Issuing Officer named herein will open and publicly read all proposer’s company names on the date, time and address above.

Addendums: If needed and in the best interest of the County, Purchasing may make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted on the County website.
