INVITATION TO PROPOSERS

The Board of Commissioners, Glynn County, Georgia will receive sealed technical and fee proposals

for the Construction Manager at Risk Juvenile Justice Center Project.

Sealed Proposals will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County’s E-Procurement

Portal (“Portal”) until 1:30PM on September 4th, 2023, for the above referenced service which are

described in the schedules attached hereto. At 2:00 PM proposals will be opened in room 224 located
