Description:

The Glynn County Recreation and Parks Department is currently accepting quotes for concession operations at Massengale Park and on the beach on St. Simons Island between beach access #23 (Arnold Street) and beach access #41 (16 ^th Street) for the 2023 summer season.

The selected Vendor will be allowed a single mobile concession vending stand at Massengale Park during approved hours of concession operations. The Concession Site (see attached park diagram) does not have electricity.

Only non-motorized push carts will be allowed on the beach during specified times for the duration of the contract period, provided approval is given by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. A map of the beach area is included in this RFQ.
