Coweta County is accepting proposals by mail and/or electronically for the design, equipment, and installation of a playground system to be installed at the Temple Avenue Recreation Complex.

Bids must be received by 4:00pm on November 3rd. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and considered invalid. Coweta County reserves the right to negotiate changes with the successful bidder. An inability to comply with negotiated changes shall deem the bidder unsuccessful and shall void any contractual agreements reached.

Scope of Work: The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the project as proposed. The contractor will be responsible for all site cleanup and debris disposal. Contractor will acquire and schedule all necessary permits and inspections through Coweta County if necessary.

Playground:

  • Grading will be completed by Coweta County Public Works.
  • Coweta County will remove any trees and fauna in the footprint.
  • Contractor will provide project design visual during the bid process.
  • Coweta County will provide a location and footprint dimension in this bid package.
  • Coweta County will demolish and remove all existing equipment.
  • The design must include all listed specifications contained below.
