RFP for Tift Theatre Masonry Rehabilitation

The City of Tifton invites the submittal of proposals from professional contractors to address water intrusion issues from the exterior of the Historic Tift Theatre. Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the City Manager located at 130 E. 1st Street, Room 205, Tifton, GA 31794 until 2:00 p.m. on April 18, 2023. RFP specification packages are available online at www.tifton.net .

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM EST at the Tift Theatre, 320 Main Street S., Tifton, GA 31794
