Commerce Way Redevelopment Utility Improvements

RFP# 2023-06

The City of Tifton is seeking sealed proposals for the construction of the project entitled Commerce Way Redevelopment Utility Improvements. The project consists of (but is not limited to) utility, storm drainage, and alley/roadway improvements along portions of Commerce Way and Goodrich Alley in Tifton, Georgia. Sealed Proposals will be received until Monday, May 1, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the City Manager’s Office, Tifton City Hall, 130 1st St E, Tifton, GA 31794, at which time and place they will be publicly opened. No proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Tifton City Hall, 130 1st St E, Tifton, GA 31794. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is not required but is encouraged.

Digital copies of documents will be provided at no charge. Hard copies will not be provided. Prospective bidders must be on the official plan holders list in order for their RFP to be considered responsive.
