PUBLIC NOTICE FOR
FY2023 JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) PROGRAM
AND NOTICE OF CITIZEN COMMENT PERIOD

The City of Tifton has received notice from the U.S. Department of Justice of its proposed allocation of the $16,637 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program for FY2023. As part of the grant requirements, the City’s application will be available for public review and comment at the office of the City Clerk located at 130 E. 1 ^st Street, Tifton, GA 31794 until September 30, 2023.

The grant application will also be discussed at the Tifton City Council Workshop on September 11, 2023, 5:30 PM, at Tifton City Hall. For more information, contact Jessica White, City Clerk, at 229-391-3970
