CITY OF GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA

The City of Gainesville is requesting proposals for the Gainesville 85 Business Park – Phase III Project. The work consists of the construction of approximately 4,500 LF of roadway that will connect Allen Creek Road to Hwy. 129. Work includes: site clearing, erosion control measures, storm water detention facilities, grading, storm sewerage, sanitary sewage, water mains, paving and final stabilization. Beginning on Monday, March 4, 2024, a copy of the request for proposal can be obtained, via email, from the project manager at bfouts@gainesvillega.gov
