The City of Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department is seeking competitive Proposals for the renovation of Joe Frank Harris baseball field.

This work shall take place at Hicks Park.

A site map of Hicks Park Joe Frank Harris field is attached in this RFP document. Also attached are specification sheets for the renovation of the fence and backstop.

Construction will consist of obtaining the proper state and local permits, utilizing the necessary protective measures and the actual remodeling of the field a brick wall backstop.

Hicks Park is located at 51 Clearwater Street, Cartersville GA 30120. Joe Frank Harris Field is located between Rudy York and Bill Bruce fields.

All contractors will be required to provide three (3) references of previously like completed projects with contact information within the State of Georgia, a list of employees and their experience level; a list of equipment to be used; and a list of specialty consultants necessary to complete the project.

All contractors should provide a written timeline for completion of the project with the assumed start date of Dec 11, 2023. All work is expected to be completed within 30 days, weather depending.

All Proposals must be received no later than November 28, 2023 at 11:00 am. EDT
