The Cartersville Downtown Development Authority invites qualified and experienced firms and individuals to submit proposals for the completion of an updated downtown master plan . An original and four (4) copies of the proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Downtown Master Plan.” All proposals must be delivered to the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority Attn: Lillie Read, Executive Director, 1 Friendship Plaza, Cartersville, GA 30120 no later than 3:00pm on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Delivery in-person may only be done Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) and bid specifications may be obtained at the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority offices or downloaded by clicking here .
