The Unified Government of Athens – Clarke County Transportation and Public Works Department (ACCGov TPW)

is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant

services for North Ave from Willow St to Collins Ind Blvd/Freeman Dr - PI 0019833, herein referred to as the

Project.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ # 24005-B) is a re-advertisement of RFQ 24005, and subsequent

Addendums I, II, II, & IV, with minor changes deleted with strikethrough ( esample ) and or highlighted in grey, for

added or new information. In addition, all previously submitted Phase I Statement of Qualifications received on

August 26, 2023 by 3:00pm, as part of the RFQ 24005, will be included in the received proposals for Phase I

Statement of Qualifications for this RFQ, 24005-B. Phase I SOQ received up to August 26, 2023 by 3:00pm have

not been verified to meet prequalification checks, and it is the submitting bidder/firm’s responsibility to insure
