The Athens-Clarke County Center for Hard to Recycle Materials (CHaRM) receives approximately 26 tons of paint (combined, latex and oil-based) per year. Paint recycling services are needed approximately every 3-4 months dependent on volume of material received at CHaRM. In addition, smaller pickups are needed from the ACCGov Municipal Solid Waste Landfill, located at 5700 Lexington Road, Winterville, GA. 30683.
