You are invited to submit a proposal to provide Athens-Clarke County Government competitive proposals for Pharmacy Benefit Management services for the Benefits and Wellness Division of the Human Resources Department.

Broker or consultant proposals ARE NOT being solicited and will not be considered. EPIC Brokers & Consultants represents Athens-Clarke County for this solicitation. The Unified Government is seeking direct proposals only. Broker, consulting or third-party commissions should not be included in any component of the proposals submitted for this RFP.
