General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements: Contiguous space on a single floor is preferred. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Offered space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. The space should not be located immediately adjacent to railroad tracks. Buildings containing warehouse, residential, or manufacturing facilities or buildings located in or near industrial or manufacturing zones or complexes shall not be acceptable. Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of ¼ mile from a primary or secondary street serving the office. Space shall not be located near bars, nightclubs and liquor stores. Space shall not be located near dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other businesses that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable with the office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
