A formal site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 28th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. EST on the campus of the University of Georgia – Athens, Forestry Sciences Laboratory, 320 Green Street, Athens, GA 30602.

Description of Requirement



Obtain Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance services for the Forestry Sciences Laboratory as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) at the frequencies identified in the SOW. The contract will be awarded for a Base Year with four (4) Option Years. The contract will be Fixed‑Price Contract.



The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide services in accordance with HVAC Best Management Practices, performed by licensed/certified HVAC technicians.





Base Year: September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024



Option Year 1: September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025



Option Year 2: September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026



Option Year 3: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027



Option Year 4: September 1, 2027 – August 31, 2028
