Description

RFQ 47QMCA24Q0007 is issued for seven (7) Insulated Aerial Device Platform/bucket trucks to replace an equal number of existing trucks that have passed their useful life in age and mileage. The replacement trucks will be customized in accordance with DEA-specified requirements. Reference the attached document RFQ47QMCA24Q0007_PD_DEA Aerial Trucks.pdf.



Delivery is one each to DEA locations in Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Albuquerque, NM; Miami, FL; Little Rock, AK; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA. Reference the attached document RFQ47QMCA24Q0007_Attachment B_DESTINATIONS.pdf



Quotes due NLT December 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm Eastern (sharp). Quotes must be received complete and accurate by the cut-off date/time.



Must provide a delivery schedule for each destination, include date/quantity/address.



Questions must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer No Later Than November 30, 2023, by 3:00 pm Eastern



Advance Notice: Invoicing instructions - the awardee is required to submit the RPN numbers, VINs, delivery dates, and proof of delivery document(s) to GSA Invoicing POCs prior to or on the same day that they submit their invoice in IPP. Note: vendors cannot invoice until the vehicle has been delivered to the customer. For invoicing, vendors must first enroll and then submit their invoices through the US Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) program at https://www.ipp.gov/.
