The purpose of this contract is to provide a comprehensive training on statistical data weighting process to 20-30 CDC personnel that supports reproductive health surveillance programs.
The training will help CDC meet the following objectives:
- Develop internal capacity of statistical and data management staff by increasing the knowledge, skills, and abilities on techniques to adjust the data collected from a sample to reflect the population of interest.
- Increase data availability and awareness for use of complex surveillance data sets for analysis.
The contractor shall, acting independently and not as an agent of the Government, provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and perform all tasks specified in this contract. CDC is seeking an instructor to provide training and technical assistance on the step-by-step process of data weighting.
