Description

The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (CONT), intends to solicit and contract with ACI Distributors (CAGE 9LZG6), of St. Charles, MO on a sole-source basis for the purchase of four green in color horst wagons in support of the Marine Depot Maintenance Command Production Plant Albany (MDMC PPA). The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned is 333924 – Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. A Justification and Approval document is attached to this notice.
