The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is officially conducting market research that will be used to support the Architect-Engineering (A-E) acquisition services in accordance with FAR Part 10 – Market Research.
More specifically, this survey is specific to a Small Business Set-Aside for General Design-Military Design and a Small Business Set-Aside for Topographic/Survey Services. FAR Subpart 36.6 (Selection of Architects and Engineers) will apply to any possible awards. This information may also be used for engineering services not covered by FAR Subpart 36.6.
Participation in the Request for Information (RFI) process is important in that it makes USACE decision-makers aware of the capabilities that exist in the market. Responses will be collected via the survey link below only. Data collected will become the property of the USACE, and will be used to provide a snapshot of how businesses who participated are capable of providing A-E Services.
USACE does not claim nor suggest participation in this questionnaire will result in consideration or award of a federal contract. Participation in the questionnaire is entirely voluntary and non-participation will not affect the consideration of any company for future federal contracts.
