Contract Opportunity

The U. S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 5-year full-service lease beginning on or after February 1, 2024. Location of the property must be within 12-mile radius of Fort Eisenhower’s main gate and located in the State of Georgia. The space should contain approximately 30,000 – 35,000 square feet (SF) of office space to include approximately 12 conference rooms, 1 women’s restroom, 1 men’s restroom, 3 classrooms, 1 modular use room, 12 private offices, workspaces for no less than 150 fulltime employees, 150 parking spaces for privately owned vehicles, plus additional parking for visitors. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease. Must use Government Lease.
