The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC), on behalf of the Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in support of the Fort Benning Logistic and Readiness Center (LRC), has a requirement for Full Food Services (FFS) and Dining Facility Attendants (DFA) at seventeen (17) facilities. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $47M with a provision that the requirement is subject to Randolph-Shepherd Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the State Licensing Agencies (SLAs).

The Government anticipates release of solicitation W5168W-23-R-0003 on or about 15 February 2023, with a projected closing date of 16 March 2023. The following information is provided in advance of the release of the solicitation. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated performance period is a one-year Base Period with four (4) one-year Ordering Periods. This procurement will be made using the procedures found in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations.

A Site Visit will be conducted by the Contracting Officer (KO) at Fort Benning, GA later. The location, date and time will be posted as an amendment.
