PRE SOLICITATION FOR (1) NEW WATER SOFTNER SYSTEM



The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072300031for the requirements of: (1) New Water Softener System. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599, Powerhouse, with Attention to Fac. Mgr. S. Sweat or CO C. Parker. The contract type is firm ‑fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are, considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. Items delivered will be accepted in accordance with FAR 52.211-16, Excess items over the exact quantity ordered will be returned at the contractors’ expense or retained without compensation to the contractor. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 07th, 2023 and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is no later than Thursday, September 14th, 2023, at 12:00pm EST. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less.
