Description

The Contractor shall provide a one-time service for freezer repair.




  • Order, receive and deliver to the jobsite the following equipment:

    • One (1) Trenton 3.5-HP air-cooled condenser rated at 11,800 BTUH, Model TEZA035L8HT3DF.

    • One (1) Trenton evaporator rated at 11,300 BTUH, Model TPLP211LES2DR8ESP.



  • Lock and tag out the energy source to both the evaporator and condenser.

  • Disconnect and reconnect the evaporator condensate drain line.

  • Disconnect and reconnect the Type L copper refrigerant piping. New copper piping and fittings will be utilized to tie the new equipment into the existing line sets.

  • Disconnect and reconnect the high-voltage wiring to the condenser and evaporator. New fused disconnects will be installed for both the evaporator and condenser.

  • Remove the existing evaporator and condenser.

  • Move the new condenser onto the roof.

  • Install the replacement evaporator.

  • Pressurize, leak check, and evacuate the circuit per EPA guidelines.

  • Charge the system with virgin 448A refrigerant to OEM recommended sub-cooling guidelines.

  • Insulate the affected ACR piping, and fittings and the condensate drain line.

  • Start up and verify operation of the system.

  • Clean up working area and return to prework conditions.
