The Department of Veterans Affairs, desires to lease approximately 2,595 net usable square feet of class A office or medical space in Statesboro, Georgia. The space will be occupied by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC) and must include space for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. The Government anticipates this being an “As-Built” lease, requiring minimum tenant improvements. There must be a minimum of 25 parking spaces. Access is required from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Space shall not be in high crime areas or in any area that will require more stringent building security. Building cannot be within a 100-year flood plain.
The NAICS Code is 531120 Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except mini warehouses), and the small business size standard is $47.0 million, using the exception of leasing space to the Federal Government.
Please note the solicitation has been updated to expand the delineated area and to include a Tenant Improvement (TI) range for the buildout of this space due to no responses received by the originial due date.
