THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Benning on behalf of the United States Army Maneuver Center of Excellence G6, and Directorate of Training Sustainment (DOTS) have a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price, delivery order contract (Base Plus 4 Options) for Land Mobile Radios under the General Services Administration (GSA) with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. 221 Jefferson Ridge Pkwy, Lynchburg, VA 24501-6952. The Government will execute this action against FSS contract 47QTCA22D0008. Projected award is May 2023 of Fiscal Year 2023.

The L3 Harris Land Mobile Radio XG-25P/XG-5M series or subsequent series, and accessories, is equipped with an enlarged speaker, dual microphone, active voice cancellation, and MBE+2 vocoder. The portable supports wideband and narrowband channels and has a software-defined architecture, allowing field upgrades to operating modes, including P25 Phase 2 trunking. This secures communication through a choice of encryption methods, including standard single-key AES, single-key DES and Encryption Lite. The L3Harris mobile SG-25P provides AMBE+2 vocoder, Over-the-Air Programming, FIPS for enhanced 256-bit AES encryption, and supporting mobile P25 platforms, which is solely compatible with the current backbone.

This notice is valid until 26 March 2023, 10:00 AM EST and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. The NAICS code is 334111, and size standard is 1250 PSC is 7G22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
