The GSA Public Buildings Service is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Construct Sewage Lift Station at the Federal Building 436 Pinetree Boulevard Thomasville, Georgia.

This project involves the repair, and renovation of rooms 118 122 and 120 at the MERS Building, located in Thomasville Georgia. These modifications are needed to bring the space up to Top Secret Open Storage accreditation standards to provide rapid and effective response as outlined in Presidential Policy Directive (PPD) 40. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment, to modify these rooms as described herein.

The contractor shall be responsible for removing and replacing one pair of 3-foot doors, repair to door under the stair, repair of walls to receive paint, painting of walls, repair of floors to receive carpeting and installation of carpeting.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
