This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 813110 (Chaplain Services).
Responses are to be sent via email to sherry.g.balmain.civ@army.mil no later than 5:00 PM, October 31, 2023.
Project Description: IMCOM at Fort Moore is seeking sources for a Catholic Priest. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of five years (base ordering period of 1 year and 4 optional one-year ordering periods). The contractor will conduct Saturday/Sunday/Holy Day liturgies, not to exceed 175 per year. Liturgies are approximately one hour in length. Services will be conducted in English and Spanish.
NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT performance work statement is provided for reference (See Attachment 1). Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following: Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement. Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages.

It is required that your company be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) with NAICS 813110, Chaplain Services. Please see www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ for additional information. In addition, this sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information solicited or delivered.
